The Insurance Charities Day on Friday 2nd March was successful in generating many contributions, such as a collection at the lunch time talk by the Financial Ombudsman's Service raising £46, the magnificent sum of £3,560 raised at the Annual Dinner and a dress down day at Stride Limited contributing £55. Southampton Insurance Golf Society - The Insurance Charities National Fund Raising Golf Competition. Full details of the SIGS fixtures, which are open to all in the industry and include games on some of the best courses in the region, plus the hard fought national golfing competition in aid of The Insurance Charities, are now listed on our charities page.

CII Special General Meeting - 3pm Wednesday 11 April at CII HQ
All members are invited to attend and vote at an SGM called by the CII to ratify the CII Council's decision to change the structure of the organisation. Their proposals include setting up a governing board along the lines of a limited company and creating a more representative Council. The venue is: The Great Hall, 29 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY.
